Dr. Hayes offers an extensive background in computational and experimental electromagnetics conducting significant research and development in the application of time-domain local operator methods to a wide variety of systems for commercial and government organizations. With experience in C, C++, FORTRAN, UNIX, Windows, Linux, parallel programming, visualization and data analysis tools spanning well over 21 years, he is well-versed in computer maintenance, system administration and robust productivity. Dr. Hayes maintains "hands-on" experience with physical experimental measurements including TDR/TDT and VNA acquisition and analysis beginning in 1988. The breadth and depth permits unique insights into and cost-efficient, accurate, targeted simulations, test and analysis of electromagnetic interaction systems.
