We have been educators for generations pursuing a multi-faceted approach to simulations, visualizations and analysis. Dr. Hayes offers an extensive background in computational and experimental electromagnetics conducting significant research and development in the application of time-domain local operator methods to a wide variety of systems for commercial and government organizations. With experience in C, C++, FORTRAN, UNIX, Windows, Linux, parallel programming, visualization and data analysis tools spanning well over 21 years, he is well-versed in computer maintenance, system administration and robust productivity. Dr. Hayes maintains "hands-on" experience with physical experimental measurements including TDR/TDT and VNA acquisition and analysis beginning in 1988. The breadth and depth permits unique insights into and cost-efficient, accurate, targeted simulations, test and analysis of electromagnetic interaction systems.

  • 30+ Years; Development of physics-based modeling and simulation tools for electromagnetic generation, radiation, propagation, and interaction phenomena
  • 30+ Years; Experience with Time-Domain and Frequency-Domain simulations, test and analysis including Method-of-Moments (MoM), Transmission-Line Matrix (TLM) and Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) approaches
  • 30+ Years; Hands-On experimental design, implementation and analysis including antenna, EMP, waveguide and other systems via VNA, TDR/TDT, standard and custom field probes
  • 34+ Years; Use of existing code and development of new algorithms and techniques, including assembly language, structured languages (C, FORTRAN, C++), shell-script programming (csh, tcsh, sh, python) and web (php, html, mysql)
